To help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We deliver in the Metro Cincinnati Northern Kentucky areas. Our delivery charges are between $8.95 and $15.00 depending on the zip codes. We strive to keep our delivery fees as low as possible. We do our best for timed deliveries but are not guaranteed. Same day delivery is generally available Monday – Friday on orders received by 9:00AM /EST (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 10:00AM/EST may be delivered the next day. There are no guaranteed deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays. Sunday deliveries are to Funeral Homes/Churches only. These must be received during our open hours.
Deliveries Outside Metro Cincinnati (in US and Canada)
Deliveries outside of our delivery area will be forwarded to a florist in our network affiliations. There is an additional fee of $7.50 per order and minimums per order vary per region. You must call the store to place an out of town delivery.
We can send flowers around the world thorugh our florist affiliaitions. We must receive your order 3 days prior to the desired delivery date. The minimum order is $75 due to currency differences and the wire fee is $15. Please call 513-921-0561 for assistance with your international order.
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if we have any difficulties we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery may be subject to a $10.00 charge.
When The Recipient is not Home
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who has the arrangement on their behalf. The tag may also ask the recipient to call the florist’s shop to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery/pick up. Weather/conditions permitting the arrangement may be left at the door.
