Delivery/Return Policy

Holiday Delivery

Florist, flower shopTo help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.


Our shop is closed on the on the following holidays Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day

Deliveries Outside Metro Cincinnati (in US and Canada)

We deliver in the Metro Cincinnati Northern Kentucky areas. Our delivery charges are between $10.00 and $16.00 depending on the zip codes. We strive to keep our delivery fees as low as possible. We do our best for timed deliveries but are not guaranteed. Same day delivery is generally available Monday – Friday on orders received by 8:00AM /EST (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 10:00AM/EST may be delivered the next day.  There are no guaranteed deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays. Sunday deliveries are to Funeral Homes/Churches only. These must be received during our open hours.

Deliveries Outside Metro Cincinnati (in US and Canada)

Deliveries outside of our delivery area will be forwarded to a florist in our network affiliations. There is an additional fee of $7.50 per order along with a $15.00 delivery fee. An ~$50.00 minimum per order is standard but may vary per region.  You must call the store to place an out of town delivery.

International Deliveries

We can send flowers around the world thorugh our florist affiliaitions. We must receive your order 3 days prior to the desired delivery date. The minimum order is $75 due to currency differences and the delivery fee is $15 along an additional wire out fee that may vary. Please call 513-921-0561 for assistance with your international order.

Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if we have any difficulties we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

if you are concerned, it is possible to get an email confirmation for your order, please reach out to us at 513-921-0561 to ensure your email address is added to your account. It is an automated email that is triggered when the driver returns to the shop and the delivery tag is scanned. No delivery confirmation occurs in real time.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery may be subject to a $10.00 charge.

When The Recipient is not Home
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who has the arrangement on their behalf. The tag may also ask the recipient to call the florist’s shop to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery/pick up. Weather/conditions permitting the arrangement may be left at the door.

All transactions are in $US currency.

After Delivery Questions or Concerns:

At Lutz Flowers  we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be limited. Also, specific flowers varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

If for whatever reason you have a concern and need to speak to someone regarding your order please do so by calling 513-921-0561 or emailing lutzfloral@fuse.net within 48 hours of the delivery.

Here at Lutz Flowers we strive to ensure our customers' expectations are exceeded in every area of their order. If for whatever reason you have an issue with any aspect of your floral experience we request customers place a call to the shop at 513-921-0561 or an email to lutzfloral@fuse.net within 48 hours of the delivery of your item. 

When reaching out please leave your name, contact information, description of your issue, what resolution you are seeking from us along with any photos of the arrangement or product that showcase the issue you're having with the arrangement.

Once we review the specifics of your situation, it will be our first and highest preference to make an arrangement of similar value and beauty and exchange it with the original arrangement. If a new arrangement is unable to be sent, we are happy to offer varying amounts of store credit depending on the details of the situation. Partial or full refunds are only offered at the discretion of the owner and depend heavily on the specifics of the details of the situations.
