We deliver throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as well as Hamilton, Ohio. In most cases we can provide same day delivery.

Holiday Hours
To help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop is closed on the on the following holidays Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.

Substitution Policies
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be limited. Also, specific flowers varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, we reserve the right to make an arrangement of similar value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

Delivery
Same day delivery is generally available Monday – Saturday on orders received by by 2:00PM /EST (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 2:00PM/EST may be delivered the next day. There are no guaranteed deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays. We deliver on Sundays to Funeral Homes/Churches only. These orders must be received by the 2:00PM/EST deadline for delivery.

Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if we have any difficulties we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

Incorrect Delivery Address=
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery may be subject to a $10.00 charge.

When The Recipient is not Home
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who has the arrangement on their behalf. The tag may also ask the recipient to call the florist’s shop to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery/pick up. Weather/conditions permitting the arrangement may be left at the door.

Charges
All transactions are in $US currency. Product pricing does not include a $9.95 Delivery Charge or 6.5% sales tax.
